Resource Room Teacher/Teacher Consultant - Russell Sheppard

With 28 years of experience in public education, I have served students in grades K–12 as both a teacher and educational leader. I hold a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Arts, and multiple certifications, including K–8 General Education, K–12 Learning Disabilities, Teacher Consultant, K–12 Administration, Special Education Supervisor, and Director of Special Education approvals. I am currently in my second year at Mitchell Elementary in the Office of Special Education, where I value collaborating with exceptional colleagues to support students every day.

I am also a proud spouse, parent, grandparent, and great-grandparent, and my family is the heart of all I do.
